I'm becoming independent....

Tomorrow,I will be flying off to Chicago to visit Yik Ley and this is the first time I'll be taking a plane all by myself. Orginally I was afraid my Dad would get all worried when I emailed him that I'll be going to Chicago. But surprisingly his reply was nothing about him worrying about me and that I can't take care of myself for nuts etc, all he said was to have a fun-filled trip in Chicago and to enjoy myself. I think I have reached a point in life where my parents know that I am independent and capable of taking care of myself. So I really hope that this trip will reassure my family that I am a big and sensible girl now and I will not do anything that will compromise my safety and make them worried about me. Now I gotta start packing my clothes and stuff for the trip and I must not forget my passport too man!Blog when I reach Chicago yeah?
