Last day of my Chicago trip (Last and final Part 4)...

On my last day in Chicago, we were all supposed to go Chinatown for tim sum breakfast cum lunch before I headed back to Vancouver. But Yik had a late night..he came back at like 8.30am, just when I woke up...Think he went partying with his friends...and I did not want to tag along..so yeah..he came back and dived into bed..so I just left him a note and went off to meet his other friends.He did not even say good-bye to me! But I guess I was fine with that la..

So yeah, finally my first tim sum meal since I left Singapore, and in Chicago at that! We took a train down to Chinatown and the wait for the train was so long..we took about 1.5hours just to get there!By then, I was so hungry..so were the rest I think..we ordered quite a lot of food..ate my favourite "char shao shu" and "tau hui"! So exciting..still remember that my mum used to buy "tau hui" for me ever so often whenever she went to Bishan market..so yeah...totally miss it so much man..ha..

I bought this chocolate muffin at the O'Hare airport for my lunch during the flight and it was really the best that I've tasted!

Farewell to Chicago for now..and hopefully I'll return someday to this beautiful city...=)
