My last post in Vancouver...

This is gonna be my last post in Vancouver as I am leaving tomorrow!!So fast man...Really dun wanna leave at all..Sigh...but at least I had a memorable last week here with all my friends...=)
The day after my exams which was on a Sunday, I met up with Sae and she accompanied me to Gastown to do last minute souvenir shopping at Gastown. Bought maple cookies and maple syrup for my family. I love everything maple man..think I will definitely miss it so much!Then she followed me downtown to get materials to make cards for Team B. We walked so much searching for paper and glitter cos over here, there's no such thing as the nice "Popular Bookshop" that we have in Singapore where you can get all the staionery you want. This was also when I left my cousin angie's pair of greenish gloves on the bus 17! I am so damn pissed with myself for losing something again man...sorry cousin!! I will buy you a new one to compensate ok? I will try to find the closest glove that I can to your previous one so that they can still make up a set with your scarf and beanie...really sorry once again cuz!

Later on, we met Machiko for dinner in downtown and she brought us to this expensive-looking Thai restaurant called Salai Thai. But after looking at the menu, it wasn't that bad la...Decided to have a good meal with them before I left and I was glad I did eat there cos the green chicken curry was so so good..haha...Shall leave you with pictures of the food later..and it turned out that Sae and Machiko actually wanted to treat me dinner! I was really touched when they said that since I was leaving already, so they should treat me to something nice. I am really going to miss them so much!!

As if that was not enough, we headed to the dessert place called "Death by Chocolate" after dinner!Gosh..too much good food for me...haha..I ordered a "Devil in Disguise" and I can't really remember what Sae ordered,all I know is that it tasted brilliant as well..Machiko was too full so she only ordered juice..We started taking silly shots of each other and just basically chatted for a couple of hours at that place...I really love their company man...and Machiko was doing all kinds of silly faces while posing at my camera..really funny...I am really gonna miss them so so much!!

I hate the thought of leaving just when I was beginning to settle down really comfortably...Well but I guess all good things have to come to an end and I should be thankful that I have had this opportunity to come to this beautiful place and meet so many wonderful people...Indeed I am contented...Trying my best not to sound too emotional as I leave this place..but that's really hard to do man...so anyway....
I won't be updating my blog till I get back to Singapore on the 3rd of Jan..so to all my family and friends, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Looking forward to seeing all of you soon!Meanwhile take care alright!! America, here I come!
