Another girlies night out!

My favourite people in the world, with nice Lisa taking the pic for us..=)

Last night the 3 of us headed to Lisa's place to watch brokeback mountain as well as have a surprise dinner prepared by her mum!

Thanks to Lian and Lisa for the wonderful bus ride on 151, finally I'm not that lonely on the long bus journey anymore..

Auntie cooked a spread of wonderful food, starting with appetizers comprising of broccoli with crabmeat, prawns fried with flour(already peeled!), one cheese fishcake I think, jellyfish and my favourite chawamushi. Then came the main course of Japanese mushrooms fried with noodles. Finally there was dessert, ice-cream with bananas, chocolate and a wafer.

Watching the movie was ridiculously funny...it was like four desperate girls dying to watch handsome guys, the only problem was that it was a gay movie..so yeah..But we were like standing up to get a brighter view of the screen, putting the speakers right at our ears cos the volume was way too soft and having Meilian explain almost the whole story to us and even the characters' dialogue cos it was way too inaudible..The actors had such a thick accent man...Nonetheless,it was a pretty decent movie la..and very romantic too...I am definitely gonna watch it again when the DVD comes out and we shall watch it on Lisa's big plasma TV!

Overall, it was just great dinner, not so great a movie due to the technical hiccups,and above all great company...

It's been quite a while since de babes met up and I was so glad to have spent time with some of them...
