One of the more happening weeks for me....

The week that has just gone by was indeed one of the more happening weeks for me...Super packed with activities to do...most of them back to back with each other..so that left me with lesser time to rest at home...but what the heck.haha..school is going to start soon so I better do as much as possible right now...so check out what I did...=)
Monday: Last day of work-->Farewell dinner with colleagues-->Cass's birthday surprise+stayover.
Tuesday: Got home at about 10plus in the morning-->slept for a few hours-->Headed to Maggie's place for Jiemeis's potluck party.
Though it was only the five of us(4 of de guys backed out like last minute),it was nonetheless fun!!!

Wednesday: Went for choir practice in church -->Phuture with Neha and her neighbour...First time in my life I did not pay anything for clubbing..entrance was free since it was Ladies' night,did not order drinks(only kept asking them for water) and Neha sent my home after that so did not need to pay for cab fare! Shiok!! Love grooving to the music more than anything else...
Thursday: Went for lunch followed by The Lake House with Felicia and Kenny.
Regardless of everyone's shitty comments about the movie, I still love it! The three things I love...
1) I love the physical Lake House..The view surrounding the house must be really awesome..
2) I love the storyline in The Lake House though it may not have been logical at all...but..when will a romantic story ever happen in my life?
3) Lastly,I ABSOLUTELY LOVE KEANU REEVES!!As bimbotic as this may sound,I'm sure everyone does adore him to some extent...The way he carries himself when approaching the girl he loves is really smooth..just looking into his eyes will make every girl's heart melt.
Then we went to Ben&Jerry's for dessert..ate so much that day man.Had wanton mee for lunch then popcorn during movie then ice-cream for dessert!haha..sure fat la!

As if lunch+movie+dessert was not enough for the day, I also went to the airport at around 10plus that night to send Jon off...He was going to North Carolina for exchange so basically he had a huge send off with about 25 people!Mostly girls somemore..haha.It was really funny cos at the end when he was going in,we all cheered "We will miss you Jon!" like really loudly...think he felt like a celebrity that day...especially with all that photo-taking...And the worst part was I forgot to bring the card that I specially bought and wrote for him!! ARGH!! So no choice but to send the card to him by snail mail then...
Friday: Went across the causway to JB for movie and shopping with Sel,Mabz and Chris!!!How happening is that?!haha..I went earlier to meet Sel first cos we both were dying to watch Pirates of the Carribean since the whole world has watched it already. And the ticket for the 11.30am show which was the first show of the day was only 5 Ringgit!!I repeat it was 5 ringgit!I could not believe my eyes when I looked at the screen at the price of our tickets...That means I watched Pirates for about $2.50 Singapore dollars and at a cinema at that!That is even cheaper than buying a pirated vcd man..haha...
Met chris and mabz after Pirates..Ate lunch at Secret Recipe which was ridiculously cheap too..haha..a real bargain cos everything there is the same price as Singapore just that it is in Malaysian dollars...Ordered chicken cordon bleu, spaghetti with beef meatballs, and fish and chips and one banana choc cake which were shared among the four of us..It was real yummy..=)Total bill?It was only about 20plus sing dollars which came to like $7 per person..
After lunch,guess what we did? Yeah we watched another movie again!!This time it was "The Break-up" starring Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston..not too bad a movie..very real..and everyone was just gushing at how fantastic Jen looks at all angles..her dresses were plain and simple and yet so flattering on her..If only I had such a well toned body like her man..wear shitty clothes also will look nice can..haha...
Wanted to really shop since the Malaysia mega sale was on but sadly did not get anything...Chris bought the most things la..for example her pirated Korean drama dvds.She was so afraid she might get caught at customs..haha..but luckily didn't..
In total, I spent like about S$15 for two movies and a great lunch..what else can I say except that we all love JB and are already planning our next outing there..More importantly, I love de girls in Team B alot alot alot! We just click damn well every time we meet as though we have known each other for the longest time..
This is a sample of what happens when the girls are gathered together...Chris will bitch non-stop and Mabel will have a priceless look on her face every time we take a candid shot...what that means it looks unflattering la..haha..
Then after JB, had to rush home to change and get ready to go 'chiong' at Phuture AGAIN!! haha..went with my cousin Weiling and her friends...music was as usual good..Need to club like crazy before school starts...and I think it's really a good form of exercise..Felt my legs tonning up when I was dancing to the excellent R&B music...I'm serious!
Alright...that basically sums up what I've been up to the past week..Siong right?haha..which explains why I am staying home on a Saturday night to blog!!Photos of Jon's send off and JB trip coming up when I get them from the respective people...
