SINGAPORE IDOL 2

Last Monday, I went to catch the Singapore Idol 2 Perfomance show with Marcus.Thanks to him for getting tickets from Jon's auntie for the Performance show as well as 6 tickets for the Results show!You rock dude!!=)Anyway I was too far away to capture a nicer and clearer photo..but guess a shot of the atmosphere was good enough!

The first night, I and Marcus sat at the right side of the Indoor Stadium, therefore I was surrounded by mostly Jonathan Leong's fans who weren't particularly aggressive in supporting him..therefore the cheers and screams were manageable.

For the results show however, we sat on the left side of the stadium and were surrounded by Hady Mirza's fans..who were extremely crazy!There was this girl sitting directly behind me who has a scream that is surround sound..I am not kidding man...It is definitely a scream of the highest frequency I have come across and everytime she screams, I have to close my ears if not I will just damage them...haha..

At the Results show with all 12 finalists on stage..Went to catch the Results show with Chris,Mabel and Sel who were all super excited about it!It was even better than the Results show cos there were great performancs by Tanya Chua,Rahimah Rahim, Electrico, Energy, as well as the other finalists...so yeah.it was just SUPERB!!!


Me and Sel bought some puffs from Clementi for dinner..so we were busy finishing that up before entering the indoor stadium..The puffs were really tasty and cheap (3 for $2)and Chris kept wanting to take unglam shots of me while I was eating...I must be laughing like crazy in this photo!

At the end of the results show..Mabz and Sel were cheering like crazy cos Hady won,and me and Chris were so disappointed that Jonathan Leong lost!!DAMN!!Me and chris have bee Jon's loyal supporters since day 1 whereas Sel and Mabz made the decision to support Hady based on the Performance Show JUST THE DAY BEFORE according to Chris!So technically they are Hady's supporters for just 1 day!!!

But nonetheless, it was fun with two opposing sides..haha..especially with me and Chris using our clappers to attack Mabz and Sel throughout the whole show and vice versa..Selena was the weakest of all,even with our three clappers (one of my clappers was spoilt), we managed to keep hitting Sel and Mabz..so I think me and chris won the battle that night!

The show was enjoyable not because of the presence of Jon and Hady and the other stars only but more importantly, the company I had that night.The TEAM B girls are just crazy man...we cheered like mad, screamed like mad, sang the song "You give me wings" like mad and attacked each other like mad..IN SUM, it was a fantastic night!!!

Chris!!!With her "vote for Jonathan" flag..can't believe she told her mum she wants to marry Jonathan man..haha..and she was the best dressed that night. She wore a dress and a white jacket with pretty heels...by the way white is the colour for those supporting Jon...I think Chris was ready to marry Jon man...

But everyone wore quite prettily except ME!DAMN! Mabz wore a nice polka dot black top with pointed shoes, Sel wore a skirt and heels and I wore jeans and a normal top with slippers!I was the worst dressed that night according to Chris..haha..though I know she did not mean it...

I can't say the same for these two bimbos..MABOUL AND SELENA..who are pseudo Hady's supporters...and so we decided to use the Jonanthan Leong's flag to cover up Hady and their faces...Our loyalties beat them flat down!!

After the whole thing, we were all eager to go for supper as we did not have a proper dinner and were freaking thirsty due to the screaming done earlier..So we decided to take a cab to Geylang or Old Airport Road. But there were no cabs in sight, so no choice, started to walk to the main road to take a cab..it was a rather long walk so we ended up taking a video of us singing "You give me Wings". The song really gets onto us man..haha..A very inspirational song, especially when Hady's sings it I guess...=)I am not betraying JON here yeah..I will only give credit when it's due...

Finally when we reached the main road, still no cabs in sight so we decided to take the next bus that comes and hopefully it will bring us somewhere nearer to Geylang or Old Aiport Road. The bus passed by the outside of Geylang but we still did not get off..we wanted to see if it would bring us even nearer to our destination cos we were quite tired of walking...especially for Chris since her heels were quite high..In the end, we realized that the bus was gonna bring us to Marine Parade so we got off and took a cab back to Geylang Lor 26 for TIM SUM!!

Here's Selena looking all happy with the food that we ordered...we had siew mai, ha kao, black carrot cake, century egg porride, char siew sou and some prawn dumpling thingy and of cos cold grass jelly drinks for me chris and mabz while sel drank sprite..

As usual, we can hardly stop talking when we are together and so we ate and chatted till the latest possible time before walking to Aljunied MRT to take the second last train home...Everything that night was just so perfectly wonderful..I just love these girls so so much and we just can't get enough of each other..so the next thing I will be blogging about will be our JB trip yesterday!Definitely more pictures, more food and more fun!!!!
