- Thursday, August 02, 2007
Our accomodation at Gateway Close, Chadstone and there is this huge shopping centre at Chadstone too...It's the biggest I've ever seen, definitely bigger than Vancouver's Metrotown..

The train station closest to their home...
 Him and Coby
 Casey and Coby...

A morning walk to the park with the dogs...

We didn't really wanna eat Italian food at Lygon Street cos all the waiters were busy touting and pulling us into their restaurants...and all the restaurants were serving the same kinds of food..so we settled for Thai food instead.

 Some more city centre pictures

Shopping in Melbourne...The many factory outlet stores on Smith Street..

Lunch + Crazy Shopping at Chapel Street!

 Bridge Road!

The Ferrari and Lamborghini Showrooms along the way...

At the upmarket shopping centre GPO..Bought nothing there of course...

 For the rich...
 And sophisticated...not me of course...ha..

Inside the Royal Arcade, the oldest retail arcade in Australia, where we bought loads of chocolate back home...

I went nuts at the DFO at Southern Cross Station...Clothes and accessories were really really cheap..ha..spoken like a true blue Singaporean..
 Parliament House
Dinner at Dessert House in Mid City Complex..

Flinder Street Station beneath the black skies...
The many many pretty buildings of Melbourne

Dessert at Café Greco, located in the same building as Crown Casino
Our Mars bar cheesecake..YUMMY-LICIOUS!!!Highly recommended by cousin Angie and Jason and now the both of us!

And we ordered the most expensive water ever..Fiji Water for AUZ$6!It is supposedly extremely pure, hence its price. But it was his treat cos he won money at Crown Casino, although it can't be considered profits cos he lost the same amount at the Cairns Casino...
