Finally...I'm blogging again.....

Ever since I started work, I realized that I don't really like the idea of going out after work..ha...but even if I do go out, I will try to be home early so I have the maximum amount of rest..Missed those times when me and my friends can stay out as late as we like as I know the next day, I can wake up anytime I like...the only possible way I can do that now is on a Friday...
That was what we did about two weeks ago...here's me, maggie and feli at PS Macs...where we stayed till about 10plus before going to meet the rest at Xin Wang Cafe for supper...this is currently our favourite photo cos we all think we look rather pretty here..haha...It's our MSN pic by the way...=)
Last Saturday, Team B people met up for steamboat at Bugis followed by a chilling out session at Breko's...We wanted to sort of celebrate in advance Chris's birthday although there was no cakes nor presents..haha..It has been such a long time since everyone met up..and it was just entertaining la...Making fun of Chris even though she was sick, Daniel and his insecurities, Chee Kian and his angsty-ness,Vera in a super hot dress which did justice to her figure,the ever-loving Cass and TK, Yanxiang with his ugly Rockies hairstyle again, together with a prettier Yanying and a more toned down Jonathan...
Us at the steamboat place...which never really gave us the quantities of foods we wanted...for example we thought by ticking Cai Xin and writing 10 down, they would like give us 10 plates of vegetables..but instead they always gave us only 10 stalks of veggie...it was only in the end that we realised that 10 means the number of things and not number of plates....if we knew that earlier, we would have ordered like 100 stalks of veggie!!We wouldn't have wasted so much time ordering the same thing over and over again...

Met up with Tim and Angel last week as well...Had a super good dinner at Dome at Bishan Community Club, all courtesy of Tim! Thanks Tim! Anyway it is a pretty nice place to chill out...pretty non-Singaporean looking...We then headed to Mos for free ice-milk tea courtesy of me!haha..so basically the evening of food and drinks was free! =)
By the way, I realised that RP has a lot of free food almost every week...for example last Friday I organized a lunch time talk for staff and we catered packet food for them. We sort of over-ordered so in the end me and my colleague took a packet each too...It was pretty yummy..nasi lemak with fish fillet, chicken strips, ikan bilis, veggie and egg...plus 3 kinds of cakes (oreo cheesecake, normal cheesecake and a chocolate cake)for dessert and a packet drink. I have another lunch time talk coming up next thursday again so that means free lunch again!=)I can really save a lot of money this way man..haha...
Work is starting to pile up for me...A lot of events coming up which involves detailed planning on my part...But I am truly enjoying my work so far...so that is what keeps me going...And I have very supportive colleagues too...Sel come join me at RP ok!!!=)
